Job summary

GoTyme is seeking a Growth Partnerships Lead to build the bank’s partnerships portfolio—from scratch—across money-in, aspirational/lifestyle, and everyday spend. You will originate from a cold pipeline, build the commercial case, and close deals with a strong emphasis on repeat value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, or Corporate Development with a track record originating from a cold pipeline.
• Fintech, payments, or retail background is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial — energized by an open mandate, not just running a playbook.
• Judgment to say no to low-value deals.
• Commercial and financial fluency.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience building and executing go-to-market programs from Marketing, Product, or Partnerships background.
• Comfort building repeatable systems, not just relationships.
• Ability to navigate partner’s corporate bureaucracy and chain of command.
• Passion for high performance in a fast-paced, high accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Origination: Identify and prioritize partners worth pursuing within assigned pillars and build the commercial case.
• Execute & Relationship Management: Negotiate and close agreements, manage commitments, and run business reviews.
• Systems: Turn each partnership into a reusable playbook and support go-to-market plans with Marketing and Product.
