Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in product marketing, brand or growth marketing.
• Experience in lending or consumer credit marketing.
• Strong GTM strategy and execution skills with measurable outcomes.
• Data-driven, able to analyze lending funnel metrics and customer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market for lending products including MoreTyme.
• Develop segment messaging frameworks and channel plans.
• Monitor lending performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate with Propositions, Risk, Product, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Brand.
• Translate consumer insights into differentiated product positioning.
