The GM will drive performance through data-driven decisions, build strategic partnerships, and promote an accountable, value-driven culture aligned with company core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or related master's degree is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Deep experience in financing, lending, risk, and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of Philippines regulatory compliance for finance.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of Good Deal Financing Inc. and align with strategic objectives.
• Develop business strategies, operating plans, and performance targets.
• Drive sales and financing growth through new markets and partnerships.
• Oversee portfolio performance, credit, collections, and risk controls.
• Build and maintain key partnerships with dealers, banks, and service providers.
• Provide regular updates to President/CEO and ensure governance compliance.
