Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR/People leadership roles.
• Ability to articulate and deliver value-adding initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication.
• Ability to map complex business contexts into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and flex to changing client needs.
• Multinational company experience is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the consulting team to deliver value to the client.
• Establish a trust-based relationship with the client to articulate and deliver value-adding work.
• Develop a robust understanding of the client's business and goals.
• Align business strategy with the client's human capital strategy and drive required changes.
• Support leadership capabilities with the Client Director and ensure collaboration and culture health.
• Diagnose if the right people are in the right seats to deliver objectives.
• Coach Consulting Associates and Clients.
