Job summary

Globe is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape the architecture across business and technology, translating customer journeys into strategic architectural directions. This role focuses on coherence, speed, and compelling customer experiences through enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, refine capability maps and reference architectures, and ensure alignment with Globe’s principles and policies in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, IT, or computing.
• Experience in enterprise or solutions architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge of EA practices and architecture frameworks.
• Experience in large, regulated organizations is a plus.
• Proven systems design and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer journeys and strategic priorities into target architecture directions.
• Assess initiative designs against Globe’s architecture principles and policies with guided trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Domain and Solution Architects to resolve cross-initiative dependencies.
• Refine capability maps, value streams, or reference architectures to reflect evolving priorities.
• Prepare architecture narratives or visuals to support leadership decisions.
• Identify risks, architectural debt, or opportunities for reuse and platform leverage.
• Focus on clarity, coherence, and outcomes rather than documentation for its own sake.
