Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in group insurance sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into profitable solutions.
• Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new group insurance sales opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Deliver compelling presentations to generate interest and close deals with corporate accounts.
• Collaborate with underwriting to develop tailored group insurance solutions.
