Job summary

Lacson & Lacson Insurance Brokers, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Group Health Insurance Accounts in Makati. The role focuses on managing corporate health insurance portfolios and delivering excellent client servicing.

You will handle inquiries on coverage, assist with benefit availment procedures, and coordinate LOAs and claim documents with providers to ensure smooth operations. The position is hybrid with in-office days three times a week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Excellent client servicing skills.
• Background or relative experience in health insurance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manages portfolio of health insurance corporate accounts.
• Answer queries and assist with coverage and availment procedures for benefits.
• Assist in client briefings and orientations regarding client benefits and availment procedures.
• Generate required LOAs.
• Assist in untangling issues with providers such as hospitals, doctors, clinics.
• Assist in securing and following up claim documents from clients and ensure complete documentation.
• Assist in the endorsement (inclusion-deletion) process by monitoring insured status.
• Assist in providing quotes for auxiliary benefits such as APEs, ECUs, Dental Plans.

Account Executive for Group Health Insurance Accounts

Job Role:

• Manages portfolio of health insurance corporate accounts.

• Answer queries and provide assistance in respect of coverage and procedure for availment of benefits, whether by LOA or by reimbursement

• Assist in client briefings and orientations regarding client benefits and availment procedures

• Generate required LOAs

• Assist in untangling any potential problems with accredited providers such as hospitals, doctors, clinics

• Assist in securing and follow up any required claim documents from clients such as medical certificates, official receipts, doctor’s requests, SOAs, or the like, and ensure complete documentation.

• Assist in the endorsement (inclusion-deletion) process by monitoring and ensuring insureds are properly included and removed

• Assist in providing any necessary quotes for auxiliary benefits such as APEs, ECUs, Dental Plans, or the like.

Job Requirements:

• Work is hybrid and reports 3x a week in Makati. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

• Graduate of any 4-year course.

• Excellent client servicing skills.

• Background or relative experience in health insurance is an advantage.
