Job summary

GCash in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Corporate Secretary to lead regulatory compliance, governance, and disclosure obligations for a publicly-listed company. You will ensure adherence to SEC, PSE, and other regulators, draft disclosures, and coordinate reporting with the board and management.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor/Bachelor of Laws degree required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, or related functions.
Proficiency with governance, regulatory disclosures, and board support processes.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with SEC, PSE, and other regulators for PLCs.
Establish and maintain a governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and coordinate disclosures and reports to regulators.
Provide governance and regulatory advisory support on strategic initiatives.
Facilitate governance trainings and annual self-evaluations.
