GCash is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting, controls, audit readiness, and governance in the Philippines’ fintech space. You will lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Establish, implement, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable financial reporting.
• Lead audit readiness and coordination with internal and external auditors; resolve findings and gaps promptly.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal finance policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis; translate financial results into actionable business insights.
• Monitor key finance processes and performance indicators; drive process improvement, automation, and stronger service levels across the finance function.
• Lead, coach, and develop members of the finance team with accountability and succession readiness.
• Lead management and statutory reporting to the business unit; prepare ad hoc dashboards for compliance and regulatory purposes.
