Shell is seeking an FP&A Senior Advisor in the Metro Manila area to support strategic business decisions through planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will translate operational and commercial performance into clear, actionable recommendations that drive growth and value creation.

The role emphasizes forward-looking insights, digital tools, and strong business partnering with leaders to strengthen financial discipline and drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, business appraisal, or related finance roles.
• Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, planning cycles, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional delivery in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with digital finance tools, data visualization, automation, analytics or driver-based planning.
• MBA or accounting/finance qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and forecasting aligning with business strategy.
• Provide decision support with value and risk analysis for investments and portfolios.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to transform data into actionable options.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
