Shell Business Operations Manila seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to provide strategic leadership over financial planning, reporting, and decision-support activities. You will partner with Finance Leadership, Group Reporting, and business leaders to shape financial strategy and governance.

You will lead enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and appraisal while delivering executive insights through robust analysis and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related fields.
• Proven track record influencing strategy and driving performance at enterprise level.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic finance leadership to enable business performance and value creation.
• Lead enterprise planning including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and appraisal.
