Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years FP&A and finance business partnering experience in services/operations.
• 3–5 years people management and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and storytelling for non-finance leaders.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CSO FP&A team with accountability for performance.
• Partner with CSO leadership to translate plans into forecasts and actionable insights.
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and outlooks for CSO service revenue and expenses.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
• Ensure adherence to finance policies and internal controls.
