This people‑first finance role drives planning, analysis, and business partnering to enable strong decision‑making across service operations. You will balance leadership with financial rigor, translate CSO plans into forecasts and actions, and contribute to budgeting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and process improvements that strengthen

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
5–8 years FP&A and finance business partnering experience in services/operations.
3–5 years of people management and leadership experience.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Ability to partner with operational leaders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage the CSO Finance team with FP&A and business-partnering responsibilities.
Translate CSO operating plans into financial forecasts, scenarios, and actionable insights.
Partner with CSO leaders on pricing, cost-to-serve, staffing, and productivity initiatives.
Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and KPI dashboards for CSO performance.
Drive process improvements, standardize models, and ensure internal controls.
