You will partner with engineering, operations, quality, and business stakeholders to drive on‑time results, manage risks, and continuously improve processes while applying structured project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects in a structured, cross-functional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to Teradyne processes, standards, and governance.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and process improvements.
