Job summary

Teradyne in the Philippines seeks an FP&A Finance Manager to lead the CSO Finance team and act as a trusted partner to CSO leaders. You will translate service operations into financial insights, forecasts, and actions to support customer success and financial performance.

You will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development with a focus on people leadership and cross-functional collaboration, aligning with Teradyne standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5–8 years FP&A and finance business partnering experience, including 3–5 years of people management.
• Experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or service/operations finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the CSO Finance team, with accountability for performance and FP&A outputs.
• Own work planning, prioritization, and capacity management across the CSO Finance team.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and success metrics aligned to CSO priorities.
• Provide regular coaching and performance management, including evaluations and development planning.
• Build FP&A and business-partnering capability across the team with strong analytical storytelling.
• Identify skill gaps and support succession planning within CSO Finance.
• Foster a high-trust, inclusive, collaborative team culture aligned with Teradyne values.
• Serve as escalation point for finance issues and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with CSO and Finance leadership to align priorities with evolving business needs.
