NextGen Executive Solutions in Navotas City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the Commercial organization and drive profitable growth through financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. The role will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance and optimize investments.

You will translate financial data into actionable business strategies, improve profitability, and strengthen cost

Competenze

8+ years of Finance experience in FMCG or consumer-oriented businesses.
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Excellent analytical, modelling and data interpretation skills.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management with senior leadership.

Mansioni

Lead the monthly IBP forecast for the overall P&L and consolidate the annual budget.
Partner with GM, Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
Evaluate commercial plans including pricing, discounts, and promotions and assess ROI.
Develop profitability analyses at customer, channel and product levels to improve decisions.
Prepare monthly performance reports and executive-level presentations highlighting key drivers.
Create financial models and scenario analyses to support leadership decisions.
Represent Finance in planning meetings and reviews and drive cost and investment management.
