621 Foodchow OPC is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, driving profitability and growth in a fast-moving FMCG environment. The role collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, and Operations to align financial goals with business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, a degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel/Sheets skills to produce insightful management reporting and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Experience in financial planning, FP&A, corporate finance, or similar managerial roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
• Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support growth.
• Analyze profitability, costs, pricing, and financial trends; provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks, monitor compliance, and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing teams to align strategies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team in analysis, reporting, and planning.
