Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Iloilo City seeks an experienced Decision Support Analyst III to join the Commercial Finance & Decision Support team. You will support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling to drive informed business decisions.

The role involves analyzing financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and providing insights on revenue, costs, and FTE metrics, while supporting senior management with timely reports and strategic analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration with a Finance concentration or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience or in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of revenue and cost metrics, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, and PeopleSoft.
• Understanding of BPO industry revenue and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including P&L and FTE analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide initial financial commentary on revenue, costs, and FTE movements based on KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools for planning.
