Job summary

The Medical City Iloilo is seeking a qualified Financial Planning Analyst (FPA) to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a business-related field with accounting background; CPA is an advantage.
• Two to five years of relevant FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate operational performance and identify trends with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports with variance analyses.
• Support business units in budget preparation, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Monitor KPIs and provide timely insights on performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial requirements with objectives.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial reports.
• Assist in feasibility studies, capex evaluations, and strategic projects.
• Participate in process improvements for budgeting and reporting.
