Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related business course; CPA is an advantage.
• Preferably with FP&A or financial planning experience.
• 2–5 years in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A.
• Strong background in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and suggest actions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis.
• Support business units in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop financial models to back strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and provide timely insights on business performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial needs with objectives.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Assist in feasibility studies, capex evaluations, and strategic projects.
• Participate in process improvements for reporting and planning processes.
