Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. You will collaborate with commercial, technology and enabling teams to analyze variances and present recommendations.

You will ensure budget adherence, support CAPEX/OPEX processes, and deliver regular financial reports to senior management, driving efficiency and cost optimization across the business unit.

Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, CFA or MBA is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management, Finance or Business.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate CAPEX and OPEX planning in support of objectives.
• Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations.
• Produce timely management reports and analytics monthly.
• Drive cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
