Job summary

Globe Telecom seeks a results-driven finance professional to lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives. You will consolidate budgets, develop business plans, and provide in-depth analysis of operational performance to senior management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure cost discipline, accurate A&P spend, CAPEX treatment, and timely insights that drive profitable campaigns and efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of the Company’s consolidated budget, business plans, and financial forecast and summaries.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting narrative reports and in-depth analysis of the Company’s operational performance to executive management.
• Cost management and A&P monitoring for BB team, ensuring proper allocation across campaigns.
• Provide insights on spending efficiency and performance of campaigns and run-rate vs. BAU.
• Collaborate with Sales/NTM, Marketing Squad on identifying results of campaigns and ensuring financial viability.
• Enable post-mortem analysis for RMMs through dashboards and insights.
• Deliver forecasts and ad hoc reports to support marketing campaigns and promos.
