Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience in management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and five-year plans.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for HQ and management.
• Monitor budget vs actuals and ensure proper documentation of approvals.
• Prepare dashboards and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Assist in loan availment and financing documentation.
