Job summary

Globe Group in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will help consolidate plans, maintain models, and ensure governance with internal controls.

The role collaborates across departments, analyzes performance trends, prepares dashboards, and assists auditors and lenders. A bachelor's degree in finance-related field and 3–5 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting or corporate finance.
• Experience in management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget preparation, consolidation, review and approvals.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and 5-year plans.
• Coordinate with departments for budget assumptions and schedules.
• Maintain financial models and long-term projections.
• Support ERP budget setup and system maintenance (Odoo).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports.
• Analyze performance trends and provide variance explanations.
• Monitor budget utilization and prepare variance analyses.
• Review purchase requests for budget availability and policy compliance.
• Assist in loan and financing documentation and covenant matters.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and business-case assessments.
