Biopharma Careers is seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders worldwide in driving financial analysis, reporting, and transformation initiatives.

You will own actuals, forecast, and last year's variances, perform deep dives to uncover business drivers, and prepare leadership decks with actionable insights.

The role requires 12+ years in Finance, at least 8 in FP&A, with multinational exposure, strong SAP, Hyperion, BI tools, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in finance with strong analytical skills.
• 8+ years in financial planning and analysis preferred.
• Experience in multinational environments and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Work with global finance stakeholders to understand expectations in financial analysis and reporting.
• Prepare, circulate, and own financial reports—Actuals, FC, last year, variances.
• Deep‑dive on variances to uncover business drivers behind numbers.
• Handle ad‑hoc reporting based on business requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into new financial reports, analyze KPIs, and write commentary with actionable insights.
• Prepare leadership/management decks with slide storytelling on data and assumptions.
• Support forecasting by gathering inputs, challenging numbers, and acting as extended FBP.
• Coordinate with Finance teams on transformation—process re‑engineering, simplification, automation and analytics.
• Maintain Finance tools, troubleshoot with tech support, and perform validations.
