Qualifications

• 1-3+ years' experience in transportation, logistics, or import/export operations.
• Experience in DHL and knowledge of Network Control activities.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with IATA, Dangerous Goods, and airport security protocols.
• Strong communication in English and local language; written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform network and administrative duties to process inbound and outbound material.
• Carry out required administrative tasks for the Service Centre.
• Ensure operational practices and procedures are followed.
• Process inbound material on arrival and ensure courier access and security.
• Process outbound material per latest processes.
• Capture shipment information for the network as per standard procedures.
• Ensure equipment operates and address failures; act proactively.
• Keep the process area clean and ready for the next cycle.
• Influence decisions with value-added inputs without direct reports.
