Job summary

John Clements Recruitment, Inc. seeks a regional sales leader for Isuzu to drive sales targets in the Laguna area by overseeing fleet transactions and dealer marketing activities. The role requires collaboration with fleet customers, dealer principals, and stakeholders to hit business goals.

The candidate will conduct market and competitor analyses, develop regional strategies, and prepare annual budget proposals while leading a team with strong coaching and performance evaluation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of sales experience; experience in dealer sales operations in the automotive industry is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
• Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned region through monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of fleet transaction and dealer marketing activities.
• Collaborates and maintains strong working relationships with fleet customers, dealer principals, and other stakeholders to achieve set business goals.
• Conducts market and competitor analyses and develops strategies to increase Isuzu's market share across all dealerships.
• Prepares the annual budget proposal of the team and monitors utilization of the approved budget.
• Leads a team in the implementation of proposed strategic activities and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.
