FWD Group through FWD Life Philippines is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive overall sales performance and acquire new business while retaining quality accounts for the assigned branch and area.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with bank partners and growing a dedicated sales distribution network, while offering FWD’s traditional and variable products to clients such as Security Bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year solid sales and account management experience, preferably from telecommunications, real estate, tourism services, banking or luxury sectors.
• Proven sales performance in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, Securities, Investment) and Corporate Banking or Wealth Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset; able to work independently with high energy.
