Job summary

MillerKnoll in Mexico is seeking a Financial Planning Lead to support the monthly close, analyse P&L and balance sheet balances, and prepare timely reports for the corporate group across functions.

You will drive variance analysis vs plan and prior year, participate in budgeting, and help develop accounting and operation policies while maintaining deadlines with a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• 3 years in financial planning or accounting in multinational companies.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and local NIF.
• Experience in working with ERP functionalities.
• Ability to work within deadlines while providing high-quality information.
• Pro-active, positive and energetic attitude with passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly financial close process, reviewing all P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare information for month-end finance reports to the corporation.
• Perform P&L and BS variance analysis vs plan and prior year direct opex and global functions.
• Prepare balance reconciliations and improve information sources.
• Participate in development/establishment of accounting/operation policies and procedures including process and system changes.
• Support on the annual budget preparation.
