Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Financial Control / Accounting / Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Experience in complex accounting transactions, financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial control and accounting across R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Review complex transactions and ensure accounting accuracy/compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance/cost analysis.
• Resolve accounting issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support finance process improvement and transformation projects.
• Assess the financial impact of business changes and provide insights.
• Manage financial deliverables and collaborate with stakeholders.
