Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting operations, and reporting.
• Experience with R2R, P2P, O2C, financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is required; CMA/CFA is an advantage.
• The candidate should be mature with the ability to guide junior analysts; prior formal leadership is not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
