Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to drive key finance process improvements across P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A and Tax/Treasury. You will lead workshops with stakeholders, map risks, gaps and inefficiencies, and apply digital tools, ERP systems and analytics to create a future operating model.

The role requires 3+ years, strong problem-solving and client-facing skills, and the ability to coach Associates and Specialists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with at least 1 year relevant to the JD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and guide Associates and Specialists at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Finance transformation: Strong understanding of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury) and risks.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to map processes, risks, gaps, and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data and internal controls.
• Understand digital tools used across finance including core ERP systems and data analytics.
• Familiar with Finance in Digital World technologies (GenAI, AI, analytics, automation) to drive innovation.
• Create process documentation (Maps / RACI / SLAs) and perform time-and-motion studies.
• Understand Finance maturity models and target operating model design and rollouts.
• Experience with at least one strategy-to-execution transformation program; strong consulting foundations; PPT/Excel/Visio.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (bonus: process mining).
