Our Clients is seeking an Oracle Finance Manager to lead and manage client engagements within the Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice. You will guide teams in developing and implementing Oracle Finance solutions, leveraging strategic planning and mentoring to ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting, finance or related field.
• 7–11 years of relevant experience in finance technology/ERP consulting.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Finance transformation initiatives and manage client expectations.
• Guide strategic planning and execution of finance technology projects.
• Apply Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to improve reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships to address finance process improvements.
• Oversee deployment of scalable financial management solutions using Oracle tools.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies and leading practices across teams.
• Validate data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance within systems.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and drive business performance.
