Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent with 3+ years in Finance and Accounting.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in Finance and Accounting; exposure to PFRS, Philippines Tax Admin and Financial Audit.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Proficient in using computerized accounting systems—SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plans and drives monthly closing activities, including AR/AP review, P&L and tax entries, prepayments, fixed assets, depreciation, inventory movements, and reconciliations.
• Ensures timely preparation and payment of tax returns and GL setup; coordinates with external auditors and ensures outsourcing SLAs.
• Leads annual budgeting and forecasting, including financial modeling, reporting, consolidation review and BU-level P&L reporting.
• Monitors financial performance vs budgets/forecasts and provides ad hoc financial analysis.
• Oversees internal controls, cash counts, asset counts, and risk assessment; supports treasury and working capital management.
