Job summary

T ONE PROJECT MANAGEMENT INC. in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead the accounting department, supervise team members, and support month-end closing, budgeting, and tax filings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, CPA is preferred, and has 3–5 years in general accounting with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, plus strong QuickBooks or SAP and advanced spreadsheet skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license is preferred.
• 3–5 years of general accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of local tax and labor laws.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and cash flow.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and cost accruals.
• Train, mentor, and review junior staff.
• Ensure records comply with accounting standards and audits.
• Help set up internal controls and update procedures.
