Job summary

Global Executive Solutions Group is seeking a Finance and Accounting Supervisor in Edsa Muñoz, Quezon City. The role oversees day-to-day accounting, prepares financial statements, and ensures internal controls and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor the finance team, analyze data for insights, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support strategic decisions. A CPA or equivalent certification is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a finance supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets, especially Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activities of the finance team.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Analysing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Mentoring and developing the finance team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
