Job summary

DALI Everyday Grocery in Carmona, Cavite, is seeking a Finance & Business Development Analyst to join the Finance and Business Development team. You will partner with senior management to analyze performance, build models, and evaluate new initiatives shaping growth.

You will own end-to-end analysis, pull data across accounting, supply chain, and operations, surface inconsistencies, and prepare materials for leadership and investors. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a demanding analytical role — investment, consulting, corporate finance/strategy, or a comparable seat where you owned real work.
• Excellent Excel and financial-modelling skills, and real fluency working with messy, real-world data.
• A structured, strategic thinker who can move from a blank page to a defensible answer and explain the “so what” in plain terms.
• A good grasp of accounting principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and operational analysis end to end — historical performance, scenario modelling, and evaluation of new business initiatives — and turn findings into clear recommendations the team can act on
• Build the data picture yourself — pulling and pressure-testing numbers across accounting, supply chain, and operations to get to a source of truth
• Surface data inconsistencies and process gaps and drive them to resolution — not just flag them
• Build and maintain the financial models, structured Excel workbooks, reports, and presentations that leadership and investors rely on
• Prepare the analysis, reporting, and materials that go to leadership, the board, and investors — and stand behind the numbers in the room
• Take full ownership of your workstreams and deliver independently against agreed timelines, with scope that grows as you do
