Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
2+ years FP&A or manufacturing finance experience.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools preferred.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and controls.
Proactive and able to work with complex data.
Experience automating financial processes preferred.
Ability to manage recurring deliverables independently.

Responsibilities

Monthly close: prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications with accuracy.
Variance and cost analysis; investigate root causes and quantify impact.
Forecasting and planning support; improve models and forecast accuracy.
Reporting and data management; dashboards and reconciliation.
Identify manual processes and implement automation for efficiency.
Cross-functional analytical support to ops and finance.
