Qualifications

BS Accountancy or related degree.
At least 3 years of progressive experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or related finance functions.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Solid background in internal or external audit processes.
Experience reviewing or mentoring junior accounting staff is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling); familiarity with accounting/ERP systems a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to present findings to management.
Proactive, mature, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Solid exposure to governmental compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (BIR, SEC, etc.)
