Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related field preferred.
• Approximately 1–3 years of finance experience; exposure to FP&A and budgeting activities preferred.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude; basic level of proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, as position requires frequent interaction across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of FP&A deliverables used in management and external reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy of reports and outputs.
• Maintain communication with specialists and provide support for any questions related to reports/tasks.
• Improve current deliverables by evaluating reporting benefits, speed, and accuracy.
• Ongoing support of the FP&A team in special projects or growth opportunities arise.
