Job summary

Anko JV Company, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager in Metro Manila to partner with commercial and operations leaders. You will drive profitability through revenue and margin optimization, pricing strategy, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities include leading financial analysis, building business cases, managing budgets, and delivering actionable insights via dashboards. This role requires 8–12 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA/CA/CMA/CFA or MBA preferred.
• Retail/FMCG/Consumer goods or multi-site experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to commercial and operational leaders.
• Influence strategic and tactical decisions through robust financial analysis and commercial insights.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and improve business outcomes.
• Support annual strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.
• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and value creation across the organization.
• Lead revenue, margin, pricing, and promotional analysis.
• Analyze inventory, working capital, and stock replenishment strategies.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs; deliver variance analysis and actionable insights.
