The Accounting Manager in the Philippines will oversee accounting operations, closing cycles, and compliance, leading local finance activities, budgeting support, and treasury management. You will coordinate with the Head Office and external auditors, ensuring accurate financial reporting under PFRS/IFRS and Philippine tax rules.

The role requires strong governance, systems implementation experience (Oracle), and capability to deliver insightful financial analysis for growth and investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 3+ years in energy sector.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, PFRS/IFRS, and capital markets.
• Experience with Oracle or financial system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Ensure compliant accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and transactions.
• Maintain internal controls and governance across the business.
• Lead country-level implementation of financial systems (Oracle).
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities; prepare management reports.
