Job summary

TRADEMASTER RESOURCES CORPORATION is seeking a highly analytical Finance Manager to lead planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance management. The role drives financial insight, strengthens controls, and supports growth from the Las Piñas office, with relocation to The Village Square—Alabang in the future.

The candidate should have 7–10 years in finance, strong leadership, and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax management, and ERP systems, including NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA qualification is an advantage but not required.
• MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.
• 7–10 years of solid experience in Finance with leadership exposure.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or related sectors preferred.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax management, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance.
• Manage audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Provide insights to management and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support growth and efficiency.
