Qualifications

CPA is required.
2–5 years of managerial experience.
Strong financial planning and management skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly Pivot Tables.
Experience with accounting systems.
Good understanding of both SaVy and Manual accounting systems.
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Ability to organize and manage the Finance Department effectively.

Responsibilities

Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers and bank accounts.
Review expense patterns and analyze margins.
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and support tax filings.
Partner with store and operations leadership to align financial plans with business goals.
Lead and mentor finance staff.
Implement process improvements and maintain strong internal controls.
