Job summary

Connext, a dedicated BPO expert, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting for a US client from the Philippines. You will drive financial integrity, reporting, cash flow management, and strategic planning while coordinating with internal and outsourced resources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years in finance, 2 years of leadership, and proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite, and Excel; you’ll implement policies and controls and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of financial management experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership overseeing finance teams and outsourced resources.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and inventory accounting skills.
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance and accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, AP, AR, collections, and payments.
• Develop policies and internal controls and provide strategic recommendations.
