BANGKO KABAYAN INC. is seeking a budget and forecasting specialist to lead financial planning and consolidation across departments in the Philippines.

You will develop timely budgets, forecasts, and five-year plans, ensuring accurate consolidation and insightful leadership reporting. You will present strategic outputs to senior management, track KPIs, and continuously educate managers on how financial decisions impact budgets and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
• Manages processes and systems for forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation.
• Provides senior management with long-term (five-year and beyond), annual, and mid-year budgets.
• Prepares and delivers presentations related to the strategic/five-year plan and annual budgets.
• Tracks and reviews KPIs, goals, and objectives aligned with the corporate work plan.
• Continuously improves the budgeting process by educating department managers on financial matters that impact departmental budgets.
