Job summary

J.C. Piñon Construction Inc. is seeking a seasoned finance leader to head its finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and strategic financial management.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash management, and regulatory compliance to support growth and operational excellence across the organization. The role requires a CPA, a strong educational foundation in accounting, and extensive experience in financial planning and leadership;

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• CPA certification required.
• Extensive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC).
• Strong leadership, analytical and strategic decision‑making skills.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
• Experience in the construction industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with department heads.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Coordinate statutory audits and support external/internal audits.
• Develop FP&A models and strategic financial planning.
• Maintain internal controls and risk management policies.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decisions.
