Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with accounting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of general accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Oversee audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and key financial metrics.
• Provide guidance to accounting staff and ensure timely, accurate reports.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls.
