Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic plans for a US-based leadership team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A/Strategic Finance experience.
• Experience in eCommerce, consumer subscription, digital marketplace, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with large datasets.
• Solid understanding of subscription unit economics (LTV/CAC, churn, retention, pricing).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools (Tableau/Looker) and SQL a plus.
• Exposure to automation and AI-driven tools in finance (forecasting, analytics, reporting).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to present to a remote US-based team.
• High initiative, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting; CPA/MBA/advanced degree a plus.
• Comfortable working in US Pacific or Mountain time zone hours.

Responsabilités

• Support financial planning processes including budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans under US leadership.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for growth, pricing, retention, and acquisition strategies.
• Prepare and automate reports tracking KPIs like subscriber growth, churn, LTV, CAC, and profitability.
• Conduct variance analysis and scenario modeling for leadership insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Strategic Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Ops teams.
• Develop ROI frameworks and investment evaluation analyses for initiatives.
• Support adoption of AI and automation for forecasting and reporting.
• Create data-driven analyses and presentations for US leadership.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects as directed by Directors.
