Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial controlling, or business finance.
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong background in budget preparation, business plan evaluation, financial forecasting, and P&L management.
• Experience presenting financial performance and business insights to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning and Budgeting - Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Drive Budgetary Control and Cost Management - Monitor budget utilization, analyze variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate Business Plans and Financial Projections - Review business plans, investment proposals, and financial assumptions to assess viability, profitability, risks, and potential returns.
• Oversee P&L and Business Performance - Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability; identify performance gaps and recommend strategies to improve financial results.
• Lead Financial Analysis and Forecasting - Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasts to evaluate business opportunities and support decisions.
• Prepare and Present Management Reports - Consolidate and present financial performance, budget reviews, and actionable business insights to the Head of Finance and senior management.
• Provide Strategic Financial Business Partnership - Collaborate with business leaders to guide financial decisions, optimize resources, and support growth.
